Our new timelessly beautiful Victorian style ensuite…

Our first blog of 2023 mentioned all the exciting things to come for our guests in our surrounding area throughout this coming year. It also mentioned some developments within our beautiful house, including a hint at one more big change… If you follow our social channels you will have had a sneak peak, but we can now safely reveal our largest en-suite has undergone a massive revamp and was ready for its first guests on Friday 3rd of February.

Previously this gorgeously spacious bathroom encompassed a large bath, toilet, sink and stand alone shower but we were starting to feel it needed a little TLC. (Don’t we all sometimes?!)

With that our team at The Cors have worked hard over the last few weeks to install a beautiful new bathroom! Our brand new Victorian style bathroom will be sure to take your breath away. The walls have had a fresh coat of crisp white paint, and new blossom pink tiles surround the shower to add that simple splash of colour. The floor is now covered in a stunningly patterned graphite tile that truly captures the beauty of that era.

We settled on a contemporary rustic oak double vanity unit which displays striking distressing knots, deep cracks in the grain to create a natural, authentic look. With its clean lines and timeless features this unit was perfect for our bathroom renewal project. The new LED bathroom mirror, with inbuilt heating pads to clear condensation adds a sense of relaxation to the room and is definitely one of our new favourite gadgets!

The main attraction to this alluring new en-suite is a brand new, elegant freestanding rounded double ended shape bath that sits so eloquently in the corner of the room. It’s made from high quality white gloss acrylic enabling it to hold its warmth for longer. So ladies, grab a large glass of wine or a nice hot drink and relax in the bubbles for even longer!

Throughout the bathroom, finishing touches have been made by the addition of a brushed brass finish used throughout. This Victorian-style bathroom will be the envy of all who visit, as well as creating many debates over who gets what room!
