What’s in store for 2023!

Believe it or not we are now in 2023 - and there is so much to look forward to! 2022 finally saw the return of Wales’ large scale events and it felt so good to have a jam packed event filled year. Many of these are now back for good, and 2023 is looking like an exciting year. Wales will be hosting the Westival festival, local street food festivals, the Royal Welsh Show and let’s not forget Tenby’s highly anticipated Iron Man Event. So what’s in store for The Cors Country House you may be wondering? The answer is big improvements and new things for our guests! The Cors isn’t just a business, it’s a family run establishment and we love nothing more than caring for the building and enhancing the experience for our guests. Hearing your reviews, your excitement and your memories makes it all worthwhile. We love nothing more than helping to shape your adventures.

This year ended with a few new exciting elements. First there was our new partnership with a local hot tub hire company. This means from now on our guests, (upon request, and for an additional small fee) can have a hot tub area set up ready for their arrival - please get in touch for more information. There was also the installation of a brand new log burner in our dining room. Our guests can now experience the warmth of the burner while sipping on their G&T or listen to the crackle of the flames as they enjoy a game of pool.

As many of you may know The Cors was originally a restaurant and as some clever guests have previously noticed, there is an additional room to the downstairs of The Cors that is currently off limits. Well not for much longer! During the first few months of the year big things will be happening to this room and we are excited to be adding a new additional area for families and large groups to experience and enjoy! What will this room be, you may wonder? Well it’s our secret for now, but all will be revealed in due course!

Another exciting surprise is that the large ensuite within the ‘gold’ master bedroom is getting a facelift, the new ensuite will be ready for our first arrivals of the year at the beginning of February.
